Фінансова стратегія в системі управління підприємством

Abstract

В статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти формування фінансової стратегії підприємства в сучасних умовах розвитку економіки. Здійснено обґрунтування її місця та значення у загальній стратегії підприємства з урахуванням особливостей галузі, в якій воно функціонує. Проведено узагальнення етапів формування фінансової стратегії. Доведено, що фінансова стратегія є спрямовуючим вектором управління підприємством та його діяльністю у сучасному глобалізованому, динамічному й конкурентному ринковому середовищі.

In the article the theoretical aspects of forming of financial strategy of enterprise are considered in the modern terms of development of economy. The ground of its place and value in general strategy of enterprise is carried out taking into account the features of industry which it functions in. Generalization of the stages of forming of financial strategy is conducted. It is well-proven that financial strategy is the sending vector of management an enterprise and his activity in a modern globalizing, dynamic and competition market environment.
