Simon Beauvoir said in 1949: "Women are not born, they are molded." In society, women are often restricted by their gender and social roles and defined into certain specific roles and behaviors. Such constraints and perceptions have caused great distress and limitations to women, hindering their self-development and self-realization. In order to break this stereotype and stop being molded, women need to take a series of actions to liberate themselves. First, women need to learn to reject social role definitions and gender stereotypes, not to be totally dependent on men or bound by social roles and gender stereotypes, and to choose their careers and lifestyles freely and firmly according to their interests and abilities. Second, women need to emphasize their self-worth and equal status, show their confident talents and abilities, strive for the same status and opportunities as men, get the same job opportunities and pay, and enjoy the same status and rights in public life. Thirdly, build up their own social circles, establish contacts with other women, share experiences and ideas, support and encourage each other, participate in women's groups, and speak out for women's rights and equal status. Lastly, to strengthen one's own beliefs, actively explore one's potential, confidently face one's strengths and weaknesses, work hard to achieve one's goals, actively adapt to changes in the environment, and explore new possibilities and opportunities. With the theme of de-labeling women, Breaking the Mold, we want to explore and present the importance and value of de-labeling women through visual communication design, advocating that women are not molded. Social stereotypes and gender roles often limit women's free development and expression. Therefore, I hope to convey women's diversity, independence and autonomy through my design works, and show women's strength and freedom of expression through creative compositions and unique presentation methods.uk
