dc.description.abstractThe qualification work is devoted to the research of theoretical provisions and the justification of practical recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the hotel in the conditions of digitalization. A comprehensive analysis of the operation of the Hyatt Regency Kyiv hotel was carried out using digital technologies. The economic efficiency of the proposed measures is substantiated with the determination of the amount of costs for their implementation and the calculation of the return on investment.uk
